Providers and third parties
Vercel hosts the site, distributes pages through its CDN, and handles parts of the serverless infrastructure and proxy. Resend delivers contact emails and notifications, SendFox manages the newsletter, and Umami Cloud provides privacy-focused, aggregated traffic analytics only after the user's consent. Cloudflare Turnstile may verify human interaction, and ipify may return the public IP displayed on the main website only when the optional-feature category is enabled. Consult each provider's current privacy notice for details.
Cookies, tracking, and profiling
Zero Softworks does not install advertising cookies or retargeting tools. Umami Cloud is not loaded before consent; after consent it aggregates usage such as page views to help improve the site and is not used for advertising or commercial profiling. Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile, or other providers may use technical cookies, storage, or identifiers when needed for delivery, security, anti-abuse protection, or platform operation.
Newsletter and consent withdrawal
Newsletter subscription is optional. The signup form asks for express consent to receive the newsletter and to process the email address for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in SendFox messages or by writing to info@zerosoftworks.it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Retention
Contact-form data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and any subsequent relationship. Without an active relationship, the ordinary reference period is 24 months after the last interaction, subject to legal duties, defence of rights, or a different agreement. Newsletter data remains until unsubscribe, deletion request, or list-management rules require removal. Privacy settings are stored locally in the browser for up to 180 days. Umami Cloud analytics data follows the active service settings and provider retention period and is used to improve the site in aggregated form. Withdrawing consent stops new transmissions from the site.
Transfers outside the EEA
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other GDPR safeguards. Regions, subprocessors, and safeguards may change.
Consent management
The banner presents non-necessary categories before they are enabled. Consent is freely given, specific, informed, and withdrawable; refusing does not prevent access to the site or use of necessary functions. The choice is stored locally in the browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw website consent at any time from the Privacy settings button. Withdrawal stops new optional processing by the site without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Your rights
Within the limits of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, withdrawal of consent, and information about safeguards for international transfers. Write to info@zerosoftworks.it. You can also change or withdraw website consent from the privacy settings. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Security and updates
Proportionate measures are applied, including HTTPS, input validation, access controls, minimisation, anti-spam protections, and specialised providers. No online transmission can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when services, providers, purposes, or applicable rules change. Current version: 12 August 2026.
