Reviews describe experiences that customers choose to share. This page explains the process and does not display ratings that do not yet exist.

The direct review link will be added after the business profile is verified. Feedback will be voluntary, based on real work, and never exchanged for an incentive.

How feedback is handled

  1. Finish the work. A review request is considered only after a real project has been delivered and discussed.
  2. Use the official link. The direct link will be added once the business profile is verified.
  3. Leave the choice to the customer. No incentives, filters or requests for a positive rating: feedback should reflect the experience.
  4. Respond thoughtfully. Public feedback receives a relevant response, including when it raises a concern.
